Terms and Conditions of Sale – WARAUDIO

These terms govern purchases made directly through the WARAUDIO online store and the use of its shopping and account registration features. Before placing an order, please review the product features, the total amount, and the conditions that apply to your purchase.

2. Buyer Information

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Please check your email, phone number, address, and postal code carefully. If you find an error after placing your order, notify support immediately and identify the transaction. Fraudulent orders, use of unauthorized payment methods, and any attempt to tamper with the operation of the site are prohibited.

3. User Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login credentials safe and do not share them. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. Registering an account does not automatically grant distributor status, credit, or special discounts. Any additional benefit must be expressly identified and subject to its own specific terms.

4. Product Information

Please refer to each model's product page for its features and unit of sale. Do not assume a product is sold as a pair, set, or bundle unless the listing says so. Lifestyle images may show vehicles, accessories, or installation items that are not part of the product. Included components will be identified in the product description. Before purchasing, verify dimensions, impedance, power handling, and installation requirements. If you need guidance, email support with the model you are interested in and the specifications of your system.

5. Pricing and Promotions

Prices are shown in Mexican pesos and include VAT. Shipping costs and any applicable charges will be displayed before you confirm payment. Promotions will state their validity period, participating products, and restrictions. Subsequent price changes will not affect the amount of a purchase already completed.

6. Orders and Payments

You may use any payment methods available at checkout.

Keep your order number and the confirmation you receive. If your payment appears as declined, pending, or duplicated, request clarification before attempting it again. WARAUDIO may carry out reasonable checks to prevent unauthorized transactions. We will never ask for your banking password, PIN, or card security code by email.

7. Availability

If an inventory issue prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will notify you and work with you to find an appropriate solution. We will not substitute a product with a different model without your approval. If you are unable to receive the product you purchased, the applicable alternatives and rights will be honored, including a refund where applicable.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Applicable coverage areas, shipping costs, and delivery times will be provided during checkout. Please also see the "Shipping & Delivery" page. If you notice delays, missing items, damage, or discrepancies in what you received, contact support with your order number. WARAUDIO will follow up on any incidents involving the carrier services it contracts to deliver your purchase.

9. Cancellations, Returns, and Warranties

Please see the "Exchanges & Returns" page, which sets out the deadlines, the handling process, and the information required to submit a request. These conditions do not limit the rights granted to consumers under Mexican law.

10. Personal Data and Communications

The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Notice. Communications necessary to handle orders and requests will be kept separate from advertising. Making a purchase or creating an account does not obligate you to receive promotional messages.

11. Content and Trademarks

The trademarks, photographs, text, and other content on the site belong to their respective owners. Their publication does not grant a license to reproduce or commercially exploit them without authorization, except for uses permitted by applicable law.

12. Updates and Dispute Resolution

Changes to these terms will be identified by their update date and will not retroactively reduce rights arising from prior purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico.
